Lettoo teaches a child to spell the way a good teacher does: show the word, say it, spell it out letter by letter, then let the child try. Over 2,000 words are grouped by phonics family, sight word and theme, and shuffled so no two rounds feel the same.

Every word, every spelling and every story page is a real recording, not a robot voice — so a child in Kochi and a child in Sharjah hear exactly the same warm, clear teacher. The recordings ship inside the app, which means Lettoo works with the plane on and no bill at the end of the month.

There are no ads, no accounts, no sign-up and nothing to buy. A child's name, their chosen animal and their progress stay on the phone. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to.
